A $100 deposit is required to book and hold your spot for all photo shoot bookings and will serve as a cancellation fee if needed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to booking date via Venmo @kaylaaperry.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- The deposit is non-refundable after booking with no exceptions. No refunds for the deposit will be given for any reason.

- The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the session.

- Scheduled sessions are allowed to be re-booked up to 72 hours prior to the session in order to not lose the deposit. In this case, the deposit will be applied towards a future session. In the event you need to reschedule within the 72 hours, you will lose the deposit and it cannot be applied towards a future session.

- In the event of a cancellation, no show, or reschedules within the 72 hours, the client forfeits their session deposit. The deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.

Clients will be able to visit the gallery and choose their photos to edit or I can choose for you. Once edited photos are delivered, they must be downloaded from the website within 30 days of the gallery being delivered. After this period, the photographer is not liable for any lost or inaccessible images. All edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session.

All photos are not included in any of the packages but can be purchased for an additional cost. Additional Edits are available to purchase for $20 per photo.

SHOOTING & EDITING STYLE. Please note that I work with natural light only. Depending on the time of year and the weather, it can range from bright white, blueish, or dark and moody. If you're going for a certain vibe please reach out directly to discuss what might be best as we get closer to your shoot day. Editing is minimal and I try and capture your perfect image in the camera keeping it as real as possible. Most of the editing involves cleaning up the background. I do not alter your body or modify skin. (I will edit scars and stretch marks only if asked to do so but I encourage you to embrace your body)

These are the videos you see on instagram reels. These are short video clips of you and the photographer in action. If you would like to purchase BTS, it is an additional $100. These will be air dropped at the conclusion of the session. If you would like to book, please inform the photographer at the time of booking or within 72 hours of the session. Within 72 hours, this service can no longer be booked. If booked, payment is due with the remaining balance 48 hours prior to session via Venmo.
